Created and hosted by Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist Annie Hopkins, PT, RYT. This podcast covers a range of postpartum topics everything from generational resentment to diet culture and more.  The call to action that runs through each episode is inspiring, empowering and informative. 


The Pelvic Floor Project 

Hosted by Mom and Physical Therapist, Melissa Dessaulles from Mommy Berries.  Topics range from vulvar dryness, irritation with sex, incontinence and so much more.  Her guests bring new insights and expertise to the topics.  Each episode offers real treatment options as well as up to date information to help listeners expand their thinking on different topics. 



This pod cast offer a variety of topics, however we recommend the following episodes: 

- The Unsilencing- all about the connections between autoimmunes diseases, the X chormosome and placentas

Evidenced Based Birth 

A podcast based on the information packed website.  Dr. Rebecca Dekker (RN with PhD). Topics range from personal birth stories to reviews of the liturature on a variety of topics.  This is a great place for the people that want to understand the current research on a topic. 


Hosted by Allison Behringer, she does a deep dive into medical mysteries experienced by women.  As each episode unfolds the listener begins to understand the multiple layers that effect women's health.  She explores the impact of society, the medical system, provider bias, misinformation and just pure mystery.  


Fourth Trimester Podcast 

Hosted by Esther Gallagher a mother and postpartum doula in San Francisco.  She explore all things postpartum and interviews guests from the SF bay area and beyond. Our very own midwife Serena was interviewed in 2018
