POSTPARTUM TO SOAK UP ALL THE SWEAT, MILK, BLOOD, MAYBE SOME PEE...THE FIRST TWO WEEKS ARE WET)

*  WATER BOTTLE (HYDRATION IS KEY, SET GOALS FOR THE DAY TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE GETTING ENOUGH)

*  THANK YOU CARDS (ONE FOR YOU AND ONE FOR YOUR PARTNER TO WRITE WHEN YOU ARE IN THE THICK OF IT AT 2 WEEKS POSTPARTUM, SO IMPORTANT TO THANK EACH OTHER)
