We begin with time to reflect on your birth and postpartum journey, allowing you to share your story and explore the changes you’ve experienced. You’ll then create a personalized herbal blend for a warm yoni steam, followed by gentle postpartum massage to release tension, encourage circulation and lymphatic flow, and help you connect with your body. The ceremony concludes with intentional wrapping of the body using long cloths, offering a beautiful sense of warmth, grounding, containment, and closure after the expansive experience of pregnancy and birth. Every part of the ceremony is tailored to you—an opportunity to slow down, receive care, honor all that your body has carried, and celebrate the person you have become.
